What kind of teachers would you like to have?

Today we read, "The Teacher from the Black Lagoon" by Mike Thaler. As a class, we talked about the kind of teachers we wanted to have this year. Here is the list of must haves we came up with:

1) nice

2) calm

3) caring

4) generous

5) fun

6) good role model

7) polite

8) good listener

9) follows through 

10) funny

11) smart

12) on time

13) helps us solve problems

14) appropriately dressed

15) prepared 

16) patient

17) keeps us safe

18) awesome

19) cool

20) teaches us well

Don't worry kids...there's no chance that your teachers will eat you or burn you to a crisp this year!
